Booking

What events do you cater for?

We've seen a wide range of events including Weddings, 18th and 21st Birthdays, 1st Birthdays as well as other party corporate functions.

How do I make a booking?

Go to our products page and select the phone you like. Use the 'Book Your Time' button to see if your date is available. If you wish to add a prop, you'll need to follow the same process.

What is included in my booking?

Every phone comes with:

+A fully charged battery

+Your greeting preloaded

+Your choice of signage

+Voice messages within 24 hours of return

If you include a prop with your booking, you'll also get delivery and setup included. (delivery fees apply)

Do you take last minute bookings?

Online bookings are available up to 2 days prior to your event. If you are interested in a last minute booking, please contact us.

When can I request delivery or pick my booking?

Usually the morning of your booking. We will work with you to find a suitable time.

Can I take a phone to an event interstate or overseas?

We are happy to try and accommodate your event. Contact us to discuss further.

Note: Our props are only available in our delivery area.

Delivery

Where do you deliver to?

Our main areas are the Bass Coast, Baw Baw, East Gippsland, Latrobe City and Wellington shires. If your event is in Gippsland but outside this area, please contact us and we can discuss options.

How much is delivery?

Delivery varies depending on the item. If you order a prop with your phone, the delivery fee includes all items. See the Delivery Area page for more details.

Can we pick up the items?

Yes. We are located in Traralgon so you can come and pick up your order. The only item that is delivery only is the Telephone booth prop.

When do I need to return the items?

We require the items to be returned by 11am the day after your booking. If you need them longer, please contact us before booking.

Set up

Does the telephone booth prop need to be setup?

Setup is included in the delivery service. All you need to do is tell us where you want it.

Where can I setup the phone and prop?

Our items are designed for inside however the phones are portable so they can be taken anywhere providing they don't get wet.

Greeting & Messages

How do I record my greeting?

Using your mobile phone, you can record your greeting and then simply email it to us. We will provide simple instructions with your booking.

When do I need to have my greeting sent to you?

We need the greeting 48 hours before your booking. Don't worry, we will send you reminders to ensure you don't forget.

How do my guests leave a message?

3 easy steps. First, pick up the handset and listen to the greeting. Then after the beep, leave a message and finally hang up. It's that simple!

How many messages can my guests leave?

Basically unlimited. Our phones have 70 hours of recording meaning everyone can leave a message, or even two.

How do I encourage my guests to leave a message?

We have various signs available as part of your booking, including LED signs with their own powerpacks, to prompt your guests to leave a message.

How do I get my guests messages?

We will send you a link to your messages via dropbox.

When will I get my messages?

Within 48 hours of the phone being returned.

Changes & Cancellations

Can a change my booking?

We are happy to accommodate any changes and add-ons up to 7 days prior to your event, subject to availability.

Can I cancel my booking?

Our cancellation policy allows a full refund if cancelled 31 days or more prior to the booking.

If the cancellation request is within 31 to 8 days prior to the event, a 50% refund is applicable.

Any cancellation requests made within 7 days of the event will forfeit the entire booking fee.
